Watch The Laissez Chef, Richard Myers, cooking up a New Orleans spice storm at The Godalming Food Festival 2012. A mouth watering menu of authentic New Orleans po boy sandwiches were on offer with fillings of BBQ shrimp, cajun chicken and smoked sausage, slow cooked BBQ beef brisket and veggie chillie with his own blend of spicy 'slaw.
You will have to go a long way to find better 'cue and 'slaw.
